Good morning, -- Miraculously, Fairpoint let Daybreak into your inbox yesterday. Today, though, it's back to its usual tricks: It blocked it from arriving. This is a recurring problem, and I'll be in touch with them to ask what I can do on my end. But I also need your help. For starters, if you haven't added Daybreak to your "Trusted Sender" list, that would be hugely helpful. For instructions on what to do, go to: https://supportportal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037257713-Adjusting-your-SPAM-settings-And if you've got it in you to get in touch with Fairpoint customer support (I know, it's a nightmare) to complain about the problem, sometimes getting a couple dozen emails helps motivate them to look into it.There's also an alternative: If you've got a second email address, have Daybreak delivered to that one. You'll find an "update your preferences" link down at the very bottom of this email, or just hit "reply" and ask me to do it for you. Finally, here's a link to today's Daybreak: https://mailchi.mp/3d8407a9bde8/daybreak-fridayThanks for your patience and for being a (sometimes) Daybreak reader. All best,Rob
