Stephanie Raymond writes: “My view Tuesday around 5pm while trying to get off I-89 at Exit 19 NB. It took 20 minutes just to get off the ramp and traffic was continuing to back up behind me along the highway. Miracle Mile was bumper to bumper as well. I heard the Dudley bridge was one lane for some reason. Our options to get from Lebanon to West Lebanon are getting more restricted. This is crazy.”
